Completed in April of 2006, Caribe Royale Resort Suites and Villas was an extremely challenging project consisting of three ten-story towers, consisting of over 1200 suites. PGA utilized six swing stages and four boom lifts simultaneously to complete the project in under six months while the resort remained operational. In addition, the windows and adjacent substrates successfully passed twenty-one out of twenty-one ASTM E 1105 Field Water Infiltration Tests. The scope of work consisted of: EIFS Restoration, Glass Replacement, Thermal Break Weather Seal, Perimeter EIFS-to-Aluminum Weather Seal and Glass-to-Metal Weather Seal.
