Completed in January of 2007, Buena Vista Suites was a fast-track seven-story project consisting of 280 suites. PGA made use of two swing stages and two boom lifts to complete the project in just over two months. And, as was the case at the Caribe Royale, all work was performed and completed while the hotel remained operational. Not only was the hotel open for business, it was their busiest time of the year with the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Scheduling and coordination were paramount in achieving building excellence and completion ahead of schedule. The scope of work consisted of: New Glazing Stop Design, New Glazing Stop Manufacturing, EIFS Restoration, Glass Replacement, Perimeter EIFS-to-Aluminum and Glass-to-Metal Weather Seals.
