Completed in January of 2006, Beacon Pointe Phase IV was a four-story, Class A office building located in Weston, Florida. PGA’s scope of work consisted of the following: High-end fixed glass, curtain walls, swing doors, egress doors and all perimeter weather seals of associated work. The GA 5000 system was put to the test immediately upon its completion as the building endured Hurricane Wilma and did not suffer any water infiltration through the window system.
